refund and return policy

1. Our Commitment

GAMO Investment Group (“GIG”) is committed to providing professional, transparent, and results-focused business solutions. We establish clear expectations regarding professional-service fees, deposits, retainers, cancellations, and refunds.

2. Professional Services

GIG primarily provides customized professional and business services rather than traditional retail products.

Because professional services require the commitment of time, expertise, research, planning, resources, and customized work, fees earned for services already performed are generally nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided in a written agreement.

3. Deposits and Retainers

Certain engagements may require a deposit or retainer before work begins.

The applicable proposal, Client Services Agreement, SOW, invoice, or other written agreement may specify:

  • The required deposit or retainer;
  • Whether it is refundable or nonrefundable;
  • How it will be applied;
  • The services it covers; and
  • Any applicable payment schedule.

Amounts earned through completed services and authorized expenses are generally nonrefundable.

Any unused prepaid amount will be handled according to the applicable written agreement and governing law.

4. Cancellation of Services

Clients wishing to cancel an engagement should provide written notice to:

admin@gamoinvestmentgroup.com

Upon cancellation, GIG may review:

  • Services already completed;
  • Work in progress;
  • Contractual commitments;
  • Approved expenses;
  • Third-party costs;
  • Outstanding invoices; and
  • Prepaid amounts.

Clients remain responsible for fees earned and authorized expenses incurred before the effective cancellation date.

Any eligible refund for services not performed will be calculated according to the applicable agreement and law.

5. Refund Requests

Clients requesting a refund should contact GIG in writing as soon as reasonably possible after becoming aware of the issue giving rise to the request.

For efficient review, the request should include:

  • Client or company name;
  • Service purchased;
  • Payment date;
  • Invoice or project information, if available;
  • Amount disputed; and
  • Reason for the refund request.

GIG will review each request based upon the applicable agreement, work completed, expenses incurred, and surrounding circumstances.

6. Approved Refunds

When GIG approves a refund, we will generally initiate the refund within 10 business days, unless another period is required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

Refunds ordinarily will be returned through the original payment method when reasonably available.

Banks, card issuers, and payment processors may require additional time to post a refund.

7. Digital and Customized Deliverables

Customized reports, strategies, proposals, business plans, consulting materials, analyses, presentations, templates, research, marketing materials, and similar deliverables generally cannot be physically “returned.”

Once customized work has been substantially completed or delivered, amounts earned for that work are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Third-Party Costs

Certain engagements may involve third-party expenses, including software, platforms, advertising, registrations, application fees, government fees, subcontractors, vendors, travel, or other authorized expenses.

Third-party fees are subject to the policies of the applicable provider.

GIG cannot guarantee that amounts paid to independent third parties will be refundable.

9. Service Concerns

Client satisfaction is important to GIG.

Clients who believe that services materially differ from the agreed scope should contact us promptly so the matter can be reviewed.

Depending upon the circumstances and applicable agreement, an appropriate resolution may include clarification, reasonable corrections, completion of an agreed deliverable, modification of services, account credit, or an eligible refund.

10. No Guarantee of Results

Payment for professional services compensates GIG for the services, expertise, resources, and work provided and does not constitute a guarantee of a specific business result.

Unless expressly guaranteed in a signed written agreement, GIG does not guarantee revenue, profits, financing, government contracts, certifications, employment outcomes, customers, sales, or other particular results.

11. Physical Products

GIG primarily provides professional services.

If GIG sells physical products in the future, applicable product-specific shipping, return, exchange, and refund conditions may be disclosed separately at or before purchase.

12. Applicable Agreements

This Refund and Return Policy should be read together with GIG's Terms of Service and any applicable Client Services Agreement, SOW, proposal, invoice, or other written agreement.

Project-specific contractual terms may govern a particular engagement.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

13. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, subject to any mandatory law that applies to a particular transaction or consumer.

14. Policy Updates

GIG may update this policy periodically.

Updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date and will not retroactively alter contractual obligations unless otherwise permitted by law or agreed by the parties.
